    Vitamin A 1050mcg, Vitamin C 75mg, Vitamin D 25mcg, Vitamin E 15.8mg, Vitamin K 50mcg, Thiamin 1.1mg, Riboflavin 1.1mg, Niacin 14mg, Vitamin B6 2mg, Folate 1360 mcg DFE, Vitamin B12 6mcg, Biotin 5000mcg, Pantothenic Acid 15mg, Calcium 200mg, Iron 16mg, Phosphorus 20mg, Iodine 150 mcg, Magnesium 100mg, Zinc 8mg, Selenium 18 mcg, Copper 0.5mg, Manganese 1.8 mg, Chromium 32 mcg, Molybdenum 50mcg, Chloride 72 mg, Potassium 80mg OTHER INGREDIENTS: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Gelatin, Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose Sodium, Crospovidone, Hypromellose, Starch, Polydextrose, Acacia, Maltodextrin, Titanium Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Dicalcium Phosphate, Mannitol, Silicon Dioxide, Citric Acid, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Sucrose, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Talc, Triglycerides, Mineral Oil, Polyethylene Glycol, Sodium Ascorbate, FD&C Red #40 Lake, Glucose, Tocopherols, FD&C Blue #2 Lake, Sodium Benzoate, Sorbic Acid and BHT.
    DIRECTIONS: Adults: Take one tablet daily with food

May interfere with certain clinical lab testing.
