The package includes a small cushion specifically designed for use with the DreamWear gel pillow CPAP mask. Please note that this purchase does not include the DreamWear headgear or frame. With tubing running from the top of the head to the nose, they allow you to sleep in your preferred position without feeling constrained by a traditional mask.
