Three ways to access your benefit(s)

To get the most out of your benefits, make sure you create an account on our member portal. When creating the account, you will need to provide your email address, your Allina Health | Aetna member ID and some personal information.

Shop in store at participating retail locations
Find participating stores near you by logging in to your account on the member portal.

Shop online
You can purchase approved products online or through the CVS OTC Health Solutions app, which is available on the App Store® or Google Play on your mobile device.

Order over the phone
Contact a Member Services representative to help you purchase approved products from CVS® by calling 1-844-428-8147 (TTY: 711), 8 AM to 8 PM local time, 7 days a week, excluding federal holidays.

If your 2025 Allina Health | Aetna Medicare Advantage plan offers an Extra Benefits Card, here’s some additional information for you.

Three ways to activate your Extra Benefits Card:

  • Call 1-844-428-8147 (TTY: 711) 8 AM to 8 PM local time, 7 days a week, excluding federal holidays. You will need to provide your card number and date of birth.
  • Go online to activate.
  • Use the CVS OTC Health Solutions app, which is available on the App Store or Google Play on your mobile device.
