Long, short, round, or square? Your most flattering nail shape mirrors the shape where your cuticle meets the nail.
Polish remover residue and oils from nail treatments can sabotage your mani, so always wash hands or wipe nails with a wet cloth just before applying your basecoat.
Apply polish like the pros by covering the nail in 3 strokes: one down the center followed by a stroke on either side. Reapply your essie top coat every 2-3 days to keep polish looking fresh and chip-free.

Apply the SensatioNail™ Gel Polish or Gel Base & Top Coat in thin, even coats. Be sure not to touch your skin or cuticle, just get close.
Thin, precise layers will result in a neater application. To remove excess product from the brush, circle the inside neck of the bottle and press excess gel polish off the stem of the brush.
Be sure to cover the nail completely and that there are no bare spots. Wait a few seconds for it to smooth out perfectly, then place nails in LED lamp.

Apply the Gel Primer in an "O" shape around the perimeter of your fingernail. This may slightly affect the wear time of your SensatioNail manicure, but will reduce your removal time.
If you have tried applying the Gel Primer in an "O" shape and you are still having difficulty removing SensatioNail, try entirely omitting the Gel Primer from your application process.
Because SensatioNail is thicker than other nail polishes, it is very important to apply the gel polish in very thin layers. Thick gel polish layers will add to removal time.
