How to select receipt preference in the app:

  1. Open the CVS Health app
  2. Sign in and select the Account icon in the upper left corner
  3. Scroll down to “Settings” and select “Communication preferences”
  4. Scroll down to the “In-store receipts” section and select your preference

 

How to select receipt preference on the web:

  1. Visit CVS.com
  2. Sign in and select “My Account” at the top of the page
  3. Select “Profile and preferences” under “Manage Account”
  4. Scroll down to the “CVS Communications” section and select “Communications preferences”
  5. Scroll down to the “In-store receipts” section and select your preference
