I appreciated the attention the practitioner gave to me. She treated me like I mattered and would help me feel better. Not just a quick in and out.
I went into this appt - no bleeding and no pain. And came out with bleeding and pain when urinating from the provider inserting a cotton swab incorrectly into my lower regions. I would strongly advise management of this clinic to hire providers who know what they're doing. I experienced severe pain during my appointment and the provider did not attempt to insert the swab differently or correct the issue during the appt. She made it seem as if it was my fault the pain was occurring . I’ve never experienced this issue with my OB or any other doctor, so I know It wasn’t me who was the problem. I will never be returning to this clinic.
The doctor was very professional. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me a prescription and instructions and to follow up if I didn’t get better
