I was seen by The Provider. I was very grateful for his help. He listened to me for what had worked well previously for my ear infection and prescribed ear drops. He also prescribed an antibiotic for me to fill if the ear drops did not work. I am happy to report the infection is already almost completely gone with the ear drops just two days later. I am grateful to him for taking my past experience with the ear drops into consideration when prescribing. Thank you so much.

We had an appointment at 5:10, we arrived at 4:45 to check in. We were seen fairly quickly by the triage nurse and then waited until 6:15 to be seen. Definitely not a "minute" clinic.

I went to the clinic to get rid of a uti. both the people I interacted with were both nice. while I was there i also got my tetanus shot which was over due. overall it was a pleasant experience.

The doctor and nurse were so helpful, considerate and really cared. They both worked as a team and you could easily tell that. Highly recommend!

The practitioner we saw was extremely condescending and unhelpful. My daughter felt terrible and so she asked if I would talk for her. When we first got in there, the practitioner said, “so what’s the problem ?” I started to answer, but then she looked at my daughter and said, “ you are 16 years old, you can answer for yourself” My daughter felt absolutely terrible and she kept trying to tell her that it was just allergies. I also felt pressured by her to get a strep test, even though I wanted her to look at her first. We left with my daughter in tears. A few days later, I took her to the doctor and she had pneumonia. We will never use MinuteClinic again.

The nurse and doctor was knowledgeable, personable, patient, and efficient. The doctor carefully explained my diagnosis, recommended what I could do, and gladly answered my concerns.
