Get matched with a provider

Let us know about yourself, your reason for visiting and how you’d like to pay. We’ll make sure you can use our telehealth service. Then we’ll match you with a provider who can see you within minutes.

Talk to your provider about your concerns

When creating an appointment, select the reason for your visit and include any extra details. It’s helpful to be as specific as possible. You can upload and share an appropriate photo of your concern if you’d like. When the provider is ready, we’ll email and text a link to join the video visit. You can use your phone, tablet or computer.

General questions

Virtual care allows you to communicate with a provider in a video meeting on your computer, tablet or phone. It's also called telehealth, telemedicine or video visits.

Tell us about your symptoms, mental health or medical concerns during our virtual visit. We can recommend a path forward. Our providers can write prescriptions and give you care options in a treatment plan.

Virtual care should not be used while driving.

Virtual care cannot be used for all medical issues, such as:

  • When you can only be assessed by a provider in person or in a medical emergency
  • When you suspect a broken bone or have been wounded and might need stitches or surgery
  • When a sensitive area (e.g., genitals) needs to be examined

Get emergency medical care by calling 911. If you are thinking about harming yourself or attempting suicide, seek help right away. Call 911 or 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Insurance questions

We accept some insurance plans — including some Medicaid/Medicare plans.

You can also pay with credit, debit, federal spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) cards.

After we ask about your medical concerns, we take your insurance info and check if you're eligible. If you are not, we'll estimate the out-of-pocket cost for you.

Neither insurance nor a health care plan is required. You can pay out-of-pocket by using a credit, debit, federal spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) cards.

For mental health, you can use your employee assistance program (EAP) benefits.
