What Kind of Virtual Care Can I Get Through MinuteClinic®?
If you’re looking for a convenient way to address health issues without having to go into a clinic, you can turn to MinuteClinic Virtual Care™. Many of the same services that you can access through our in-store clinics are available online through our telehealth offering. Our board-certified MinuteClinic Virtual Care providers also offer the same level of professional care as any of our clinic providers, with the added convenience of being available seven days a week, including holidays, to address any health concerns you may have.
What Virtual Care services are available at MinuteClinic?
Besides in-person visits, MinuteClinic offers virtual care services via telehealth technology to help you save time and offer you a more convenient way to access your care.
Telehealth, or Virtual Care, allows you to communicate with a health care provider via video call. Our providers can write prescriptions when medically appropriate and help you develop a treatment plan online from wherever you are.
Anyone who has a video-enabled smartphone, tablet or computer and a stable internet connection can take advantage of our virtual care services.
MinuteClinic Virtual Care providers can treat common illnesses, such as infections, digestive problems and the flu. They can also help you manage chronic conditions or screen you for allergies and high blood pressure.
Virtual Care also allows you to discuss mental health concerns with a licensed therapist in select states. Your therapist can help you manage various conditions, including anxiety, depression and chronic stress.
During your telehealth visit, a MinuteClinic practitioner can explore your treatment options with you and recommend an effective plan. Our virtual care providers can also suggest over-the-counter medications and issue prescriptions as needed.
How is Virtual Care different from in-person care at MinuteClinic?
Our telehealth services offer a convenient alternative to in-person care. The advantages of accessing MinuteClinic Virtual Care™ include:
Convenience
MinuteClinic offers telehealth services seven days a week including during holidays. That means you can get the care you need outside of usual office hours to fit around your busy work or family schedule.
Access from anywhere

Quality service
Whether you're experiencing a common illness or need support with your mental well-being, MinuteClinic's health practitioners have the knowledge and experience to provide quality care and treatment. When starting a telehealth visit you can provide information about yourself, your reason for visiting to help MinuteClinic match you with the most appropriate health care provider.
Translation services
At MinuteClinic, we understand that communicating freely with your health care provider is essential for getting the best care. MinuteClinic can provide translations in 41 languages to help you get the most out of your telehealth appointment.
