Personally Identifiable Information: Personally Identifiable Information includes information like your name, home address, telephone number, email address, birth date, or any other information that would allow someone to identify you or contact you.

Registered Users: Registered Users of CVS Caremark Sites are those users who create an account on any of the CVS Caremark Sites. Information submitted to CVS Caremark by Registered Users is protected under the terms of this Privacy Policy.

The SSL encryption scrambles the numbers and letters within the information sent between you and CVS Caremark so that others may not be able to understand it.

Third Parties: Third parties are companies other than CVS Caremark and its subsidiaries. Third parties may be business affiliates or service providers who provide technology, services, or content to Site users. All third parties having access to any user or customer personal information have contractually agreed with CVS Caremark to protect the privacy of your personal information in a way that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
