How CVS Virtual Care works
1. Enter your plan information
Have your insurance card on hand. We’ll save your information — saving you time in the future.
2. Tell us how we can help
Enter in a condition, symptom or care type, and we’ll show you what care options are available to you.
3. Find care that works with your schedule
Check out your board-certified provider options. Some may be available late at night, on the weekends and even the same day. Select and schedule the one that best fits your needs.
4. Get help coordinating any follow-ups
Need blood work, a specialist or anything else after your primary care visit? We can help you set that up, too.
Get vital information with our no-cost blood pressure and heart rate monitor
If your plan includes primary care, we’ll send you a no-cost blood pressure and heart rate monitor before your first primary care visit. That way, you can monitor and share your vitals with your provider from home. And the more information you can give them, the more they can help.
“Excellent. Short wait time, very personable provider, and quick refill of my prescription. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”
