I very much dislike the appointment process & disliked having one appointment cancelled on me, but once we finally got to see a provider, she was awesome & had the prescription ordered timely onsite. The end result was good!

Great, my go to clinic. Providers always make me feel seen & heard. Possibly because I have background in the field, I come prepared. However even if I wasn't, the providers make me feel like they're my regular routine provider. Thorough & makes sure I have all the documentations I need before leaving. Clear communication as well.

My experience with provider was excellent. But I had to go to two different locations. Both were understaffed. One had 3 offices, 2 people. Other had 3 offices, 1 person. Both locations helped by offering other options such as virtual or urgent care. You need more staffing or to stop double-booking

I was confused by the experience and thought I was getting an annual physical, the sign outside the examination room indicated that a mask should be worn, which I did, but the nurse did not wear hers and wore it on her chin. I told the nurse that I'd been feeling unwell so that's why I asked for the check up and she seemed to listen but then made an inappropriate comment. I also asked if covid testing was available and she didn't answer me.. this was a disappointing experience and not a reflection of what I expect from a health facility. When she took a blood sugar test she did not use an alcohol wipe and my finger was bleeding, only when there was visible blood did she offer me a band aid. This is the care I do not expect from CVS.

While I had to wait about 10 minutes beyond my appointment time, the Nurse Practitioner was very pleasant and professional and I felt at ease. She administered the vaccine in a manner that minimized any pain. I will likely get all of my vaccines at the CVS Minute Clinica.

I had been overlooked in the waiting area even though I had an appointment, told I needed to reschedule. I advised that would NOT work for me as they made the error, not me and they needed to look all around the waiting area, not just by the few chairs that are provided.

What is the difference between Strep Throat and a Sore Throat?

Having a sore throat and having strep throat are two separate things. Strep throat is an illness while having a sore throat may just be the cause of a virus. Some signs of strep throat may include escalated throat pain without a cough, swollen or red tonsils sometimes containing pus, pain when swallowing, fever, rash, nausea, dark red spots on the roof of the mouth, or swollen lymph nodes in your neck.
