We had to wait for one hour and almost didn't get to be received by the doctor because he took just before us a woman without an appointment who stayed with him almost an hour. After that it was almost time to close the practice. I think that people with appointments should be a priority, especially so close to the end of the day and when there is only one doctor available. Some people after us had to reschedule their appointment because of that.

My health provider would not do a simple TB screen I needed to volunteer at school. But your system wouldn't allow me to book it online. Area was understaffed. The kiosk was broken. Pharmacy couldn't answer questions. Front desk CVS gave me wrong info. Phone number printed on door just referred me to kiosk (didn't work! Or online booking didnt' work). When I finally found the provider, they were helpful because it was a lull but it still took a long time. I would never return by choice.

It was horrific and traumatizing. I was there for 50 minutes. The purpose was to get a health form filled out to volunteer at a school. That required a blood draw to confirm measles immunity and a tb test. The first nurse said she wasn't good at drawing blood so she would not do it. The second nurse said the needles were too big but he was so good at it he would try. He tried my arm and my hand. In both places he repeatedly jabbed the needle in and out, moved it around and was not able to get any blood. It was so painful! I was there for fifty minutes and many of those were spent in pain with a needle being jabbed around my arm. And I still didn't get what I came for. I was not dehydrated. I regularly have blood drawn and have never had this problem. No apology from either. Completely incompetent and doing harm and should not have a nursing license.

The person that checked me in as well as the nurse that saw me were both caring calming and delightful. The nurse is especially spent extra time with me since I was getting a test done for the first time and I was apprehensive about it. We discussed my health and what I have been going through an a cancer patient in the last few years. I really appreciated the time that she spent with me.

I arrived at 9:30 for my husband's 9:30 appointment and my 10:00 appointment. My husband was not seen until 10:30 and I was not seen until 11. I left the clinic at 1:50, over 2 hours after I first arrived. There was a line of angry people there waiting to be seen and the poor clinician was alone with no support. There was no front office person explaining how long we can expect to wait and logic behind which people were seen. Several people who arrived later than me were seen first because their appointments were shorter, which is fine, but was not made clear to me until I later asked the clinician. Minute clinic needs to improve their scheduling and/or hire additional people to support. I'm certain that at least half of the patients who had as bad of an experience waiting that morning will not come back again.

I can't hear Out of my right ear and I had hoped that I could get it irrigated but I have to have a weeks worth of medicine prior to that so I'm uncomfortable not hearing out of one ear

For certain types of conditions or medical needs, I think the CVS MinuteClinic is ideal (e.g., vaccinations, certain examinations, some types of treatment, etc.). Moreover, the medical staff I have encountered at CVS MinuteClinic have always been skilled and very informative and professional in their care for me. My experience has been great. The only thing I regret is with the recent cutbacks in MinuteClinic locations, it has been harder to get an appointment in a prompt manner.
