I made an appointment that afternoon - was seen very close to that time (did not have to wait long) - and was diagnosed and picked up my prescriptions all within about 45 minutes. This is a lot quicker than it would have taken to go to my Drs. office and then to the pharmacy. I appreciate the convenience of Minute Clinics and use them when I can!

I came into CVS for other reasons, but while I was there, I asked the nurse on duty if they had the newest COVID vaccines yet. She said they did, and offered to administer one right then if I wanted. I did. Very prompt and low-stress, no waiting.

Went for 2 adult shots and the nurse was ablet to help us schedule (and administer) 2 toddler flu + covid shots on the spot. She was so calm and easy going about our visit, even when they were a little bit / a lot chaotic. I cannot thank the minute clinic team enough for their patience, understanding, and help to get 4 people's double vaccines done all at the same time.

Initially I did not understand the signage and the kiosk didn't work satisfactorily so I almost walked away 3 times. But I really needed to know my COVID status, and eventually a provider came out and was very helpful. I also wasn't sure how I felt about needing to have a wellness appt. and not only a COVID test but once my appt. started, I was very satisfied with the provider and the results.

My son was seen on Saturday 5/25 for an ear infection. He was prescribed medication and 5 days later had to go to the pediatrician to check his ear as it didnt seem to be getting better. When talking to the pediatrician my son was prescribed the incorrect dosage of 500mg when he was suppose to be prescribed 1000mg ultimately resulting in his ear infection not going away.

The girl that checked me in was very nice but I did not care for the Nurse Practitioner. She did not appear to be terribly interested in me. Every once in a while she would perk up and she was not clear speaking to me. Very low voiced and didn't look at me when speaking. I was not comfortable at all with her. I usually have good experiences at MinuteClinics. I will not be going back to East Hampton clinic. But worst of all she never put in my prescription. I was in the clinic at noon and had to continuously call trying to get someone to get her to put it in. I finally got it at around 17:30 that evening and was in a lot of discomfort with a UTI until she finally got around to putting it in. Never had to wait more than 20 minutes for a script at other clinics. Very disappointed. And there was no easy way to make contact with the clinic to voice my concerns.

The staff was great the girl who checked me in was fantastic went over a lot of details and nurse really was great help me immensely. She wasn't able to solve my problem but got on the internet and help set me up for another walk-in clinic that could do x-rays for me.

Nurse was thorough and concerned. Read report from ER visit a few weeks ago. Prescribed medication for one problem and gave me good advice on the other. I will follow up with specialists, which she recommended I do.

Having a sore throat and having strep throat are two separate things. Strep throat is an illness while having a sore throat may just be the cause of a virus. Some signs of strep throat may include escalated throat pain without a cough, swollen or red tonsils sometimes containing pus, pain when swallowing, fever, rash, nausea, dark red spots on the roof of the mouth, or swollen lymph nodes in your neck.
