It was wonderful. She was so helpful, friendly, caring, and I got my meds so fast. I'm going here from now on when I'm not feeling well. The walk-in clinic I went to before going here sent me away without meds and I still felt awful the next day, so it was a more than pleasant experience to be treated so well at the CVS minute clinic. I'm already feeling better thanks to her.

I checked-in on my phone upon arrival at CVS in Norwich, Connecticut, and the Minute Clinic clinician immediately called me into her examination room. She was precise, knowledgeable, and friendly, and she administered my vaccine in a timely manner. I was so impressed by the entire appointment, I immediately texted my husband to share my accounting with him.

I had confused the time for my appointment for my Shingles vaccine and when I got there to check in, I realized my mistake. I asked if there were any chance I could still get it, even though I was 2 hours late. Luckily, there were no patients waiting and I was accommodated immediately and kindly- even though it was my error. Thank you!
