Visiting on holidays from Australia and my 12yo son needed to see a provider for a skin infection. I found the process to see the provider really efficient and easy. The provider we saw was very thorough with their examination, professional and friendly. It was really handy being in a pharmacy - all one stop shop and easy for us to navigate!

Once I finally got care it was fine. But I made an appointment for 5:30 and wasn't seen until after 6. That completely defeats the purpose of making an appointment at a clinic like this. I will not go back again.

It was a frustrating experience . There is a desk that has “ concierge desk . We care” or words to that effect written on it . After waiting 20 minutes I discovered it is unattended . Staff intentionally ignore you . When , several days later , I actually got the vacine , the nurse was excellent but clearly working non stop. My sense is that CVS doesn't care about either customers or staff but rather only about profits .

Quick and efficient means of receiving a prescription that has me feeling much better already. My one complaint was in the sign-in system, which had a few glitches that I found difficult to navigate, as I kept being held up at points in the process, despite the fact I had valid log-in information and could access some parts of the sign-in questionnaire.

The nurse was really nice, knowledgeable, and efficient; however, I needed to provide a urine sample and the bathroom was completely filthy. CVS should not offer public restrooms.

I came in for a skin condition (dry skin patch) on my face. The NP was not able to prescribe a suitable medication appropriate for faces due to restrictions on what minute clinic would let her prescribe. This was very inconveniencing and misleading, as minute clinic said it could treat skin issues. The NP told me that a PCP such as a NP not at minute clinic would be able to write me a proper prescription. I feel misled by minute clinic, because their claims for services lead one to believe that they can act the same as any other PCP or NP and could prescribe me what I need. What I needed was not a problem that necessitated a specialist, in my understanding, and the area of skin issues was listed as something minute clinic treats on the public website. I ended up wasting my time and am also now out $40, and will have to visit another primary care provider because minute clinic didn't help me solve my medical issue, despite representing itself as a comparable care provider.

I had to wait an hour to see someone and get care. I arrived at 12:30 for my 12:40 appointment but did not see the nurse until 1:30pm. There was no one at the front desk at the minute clinic to inquire if I will be seen that day or if there is anyone inside the rooms. I went to the pharmacist instead but I was told pharmacy does not deal with minute clinic.

The whole process was easier and more relaxing than a traditional doctor. I was checked on at the time of my appointment and was out with a prescription an hour later!
