A health care provider will consider what you’ve submitted and outline a treatment plan, responding in writing within a few hours.
Vaccinations for flu and more
Flu shots are the best protection from the flu bug and a must for families with young children, seniors, or anyone with a weakened immune system. Additional steps to prevent catching it yourself or spreading it to others include:
- Avoid close contact with others who are sick; if you have the flu, limit contact with others
- Use a tissue to cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze
- Wash your hands often using soap and water
- Avoid touching your nose, eyes and mouth
- Disinfect surfaces and objects that are touched often
Along with flu shots, our clinicians at MinuteClinic® can administer a variety of essential vaccines. MMR, Tdap, polio, meningitis, pneumonia and more are available for children heading to school, teens who need updates and seniors who need added protection.
