My provider was amazing. She was polite and very professional. She was very gentle as she administered my shot. She listened to the concerns I had about booking my appointment and went above and beyond to call me back that afternoon to help me navigate future appointments. She was a gem!

A little difficult to schedule with Minute Clinic. I had to call customer service to find out why my appointment request was going to the pharmacy instead of the clinic. It was then I found out I had to filter my request, which was not obvious. Once scheduled, my care provider was on time, very kind, informative, and delivered my care with compassion. She also took the time to inform me of other vaccines that were available. She was amazing!

I was instructed to arrive 10 minutes before appt time. 20 minutes later, no one was there at Minute Clinic. People at pharmacy were rude and said they have nothing to do with Minute Clinic. I did online Precheck In which required credit card info even before knowing if insurance would cover immunization. Everything about this visit was bad except the technician who administered the vaccination seemed competent. Whatever new experiment CVS is doing with this change to procedure is not executed well and will keep me from being a continued customer. Somebody goofed the roll-out.
