As a walk-in clinic, we can accommodate more people and we also have hours every day of the week, with evening and weekend hours to fit varying schedules. We are located in the CVS Pharmacy® just southeast of where Newman Ave meets Central Ave.
Visit expectations
If this is your first time to a walk-in clinic, don’t worry because it is easy to navigate. While you can just stop in without making an appointment, you may want to go on to our website to see how long the wait is. You can also make an appointment so you can get in right away.
When you show up for your visit, sign in at the front to get your place in line. When it is your turn, a nurse practitioner or physician assistant will come get you. He or she will discuss your concerns and get a medical history. An exam will be performed and any tests, if necessary, will be ordered. Once enough information is gathered, the provider will diagnose your condition and suggest a treatment plan. This may include at-home care, OTC medication and/or a prescription.
If additional care is necessary, you will be referred to the appropriate practitioner. If you have a regular physician and would like him or her to know about this visit, our providers can communicate this information.
