The check in experience was rather terrible, especially considering that the sign with check in instructions was covered by another, advertising sign. The QR code only took me to the cvs home site and not to a location to login and the system continued to refuse my insurance card. The nurse/practitioner was nice and competent but it would have been better if she was available to assist with check in. I am not as convinced about the lab results. The bathroom was gross, in desperate need of a cleaning, and there was nowhere to set down the specimen cup I needed to use. The only positive was the convenience.

Minute Clinic helped after I told my oral surgeon that the antibiotic he wrote did not work after taken it for 7 days and he would not write a different one. CVS wrote me a different one and after 1 pill the pain began to stop. Thanks to someone that listen and sloved my problem. Had been in pain for 3 months. :)

Didn't feel listened too told them my sons history an how the med they out him on does nothing they continued to tell me medical facts prove it works everyone is different then to get the prescription to see if 6oz of liquid he had to drink in one dose no adult would even do that use to be great miss the lady who use to be there an actually listen brought him to his normal doctor today they were shocked they took his med through it right away. No child should be drinking 6oz of dexadron

The online scheduling system allowed me to schedule time slots that were not really available, so my appointment was cancelled for that reason and I had to reschedule. When I called back I got a central number and only a first name to contact. They reached out to 2 people with that first name to get in touch, and one was in a location a good thousand miles from mine, which baffled us both. Other than the scheduling glitches, my in-person experience was great.

She was so nice and helpful for my son who had a double ear infection. My husband was running a couple minutes late and she gave us a call to make sure we could still come. She is helping to keep her patient volume and also still took us! Wouldn't hesitate to go to MC again!
