Overall experience was good. However , there was one important problem .The person who was going to give me the injection forgot to sanitize her hands before wearing the gloves. When I asked her to do this she immediately complied and was very professional for the duration of the visit.

The appointment system works pretty well, far better than simply going to the pharmacy for vaccinations. On this particular occasion, as on previous occasions, I find the shots are given a little more roughly than when I have them at medical offices. Not the worst I've had (including at CVS), but not the gentlest.

Reserving the time was easy. Check in at the clinic was very clear. Nurse was fantastic and was able to provide details on my diagnostic test as well as administer flu and covid vaccines. Very good visit.

Why do you make it so hard to schedule an appointment. No I don't want to give you my email address bc you will spam me. No I don't want to give you my cell number bc you will text me. Why can't we just do it the old fashioned way if we want. I had to use a fake phone number bc otherwise you would constantly text me reminders and other nonsense.

Pros: it was easy to book an appointment, the provider was on time and professional Cons: the pricing. I was informed that a simple women's health appointment was recently upgraded to the sick visit pricing and ended up paying a lot more out of pocket than anticipated. Will likely seek care elsewhere next time

I went for a covid vaccine. Medical person was knowledgeable, checked whether this vaccine was the same as the one I had in the fall, etc. I have a regular health care provider so would not go to Minute Clinic for other than some vaccinations. If for an illness, I would recommend that people go to their regular health care provider. Minute Clinic can't provide the knowledge (of that individual) or know their Medical history

The physician in Minute clinic was very warm, kind, and helpful, that's the good side of my visit experience. However I do wanna complain that before I visited minute clinic I made a phone call to the customer service asking why couldn't I make appointment to get vaccine in minute clinic, the representative simply told me minute clinic stopped providing vaccines since 4 months ago, which was total lie when I learned later. I would recommend put someone's really know what's happening instead of just brushing customers off.

Some signs of strep throat may include escalated throat pain without a cough, swollen or red tonsils sometimes containing pus, pain when swallowing, fever, rash, nausea, dark red spots on the roof of the mouth, or swollen lymph nodes in your neck.
