I had repeated told the practitioner that this is something that I've had in the past and that I've tried over the counter medications already and none really worked. This is not my first time having this and trying OTC meds. It has always resorted to me going to the ER or urgent care and getting a stronger dose to clear things up with me. At the end, I spent 40 minutes there and was told to go buy over the counter medications. Kind of ridiculous and wasted my time.

The Minute Clinic experience was fine, but the app was not good. It was difficult to check in on the app, and afterward, I received a message that CVS was sorry they missed my appointment. I was there and received treatment.

I went in to get tested for food allergies. The website stated cvs did food allergy testing, and I clearly stated to both the nurse and doctor that I specifically wanted to be tested for food. When I got called for my results, the only allergy they said I had was enviornmental, which I already knew and had not wanted to be tested for. When the caller was asked about food allergies, she stated that the clinic did not test for that contrary to what both the website and doctor told me. So, my appointment was just a waste of time and would've been a waste of money had my insurance not covered the cost.

Was tested for strep because there was strep in my household. Was told to go home and test for Covid rather than them testing me. Went home and tested positive for Covid. Frustrated they couldn't have tested me there when all my symptoms aligned with Covid.

Shane and Orchid were great! Listened to what the symptoms were, not just jumping to 1 diagnosis, like the previous EC location did. I could have been cured a week earlier if I had stopped here first.

Medical assistant grabbed me 15 mins late. Dirty, cluttered rooms- the NP even had a bunch of her own personal stuff shoved under her feet at the desk. NP came off pretty rude, didn't introduce herself and barely looked at me at all during the visit. I know I was just there for a lingering cough and there wasn't much she could but when I told her about which medication worked last time I had a lingering cough like this, she said ‘that won't work' without really saying anything else.
