I like how easy it is to set up an appointment and that I can usually get in the same day or next day, especially for something minor, whereas with the actual clinics around the area, appointments are booked out months in advance and trying to get in same day for something quick, is just a hassle.

I didn't not get taken back to my appointment until 30mins after it was scheduled for. The nurse took 2 people back approximately 5 mins before my appointment was supposed to be. It felt rushed and I had paperwork to fill out which I wasn't aware of. The nurse tried to take another person for an appt while I did paperwork. I would only use this clinic if I absolutely had to. Otherwise tis wasn't a great first experience

I was able to get in quickly. The Dr was kind and knowledgeable. I did have a problem with my insurance but a pharmacist was able to make phone calls and help me to fill the prescription. I'm very grateful for the help.

Your process for scheduling a vaccination was tedious at best, I had to go through this at least three times before I was able to schedule. When I initially did it I got a message that it was scheduled and when I showed up to receive my vaccination the system showed it was not scheduled at all. I had to reschedule for the following day. When I showed up the following day, the PA asked for my insurance information which was already uploaded into the system. When she proceeded to prep for the vaccination she did not put on any latex gloves during the prep of the vaccine nor during the vaccine. I thought this would be standard procedure when administering. On a side note, I've asked the pharmacy to find out about a medication that had been backordered for over six months that had been prescribed to me by my PCP. They could offer me no answers as to when they would be obtaining this medication so my prescription could be filled. To date I still have not had this prescription filled and have received no updates on when it will be available to me.
