Scheduled a Dtap and flu vaccine ONLY through personal email address. appointment was scheduled for 8:10 am. NP didn't arrive until 8:07 am. took license and ins. card, didn't get vaccines until 8:20. Then... never received confirmation of vaccines on personal email, but to only receive them on business email. How did the appointment flip from personal email to business email?

I went to MC to get medical help and in the end, walked away with no information but 2 medications which one was for a child. I got NO tests, only told I have infections involving my throat and ears. Fine! but what were the infections? she didn't say. Said come back in a few days if I wasn't feeling better. I'm 72, I wasn't feeling better so I go to a real emergency clinic to take swabs and x-ray to find out I have PNEUMONIA. Do you know how this could have ended??! I will never set foot in a CVS again, for Minute Clinic or otherwise. I'll have my prescriptions transferred elsewhere.

The staff at the minute clinic ALWAYS put the care into the healthcare I receive there. The staff is always kind and will to take the time to explain and address any concerns I may have. At the minute clinic I have never met anyone who was not kind and did not take into consideration I may not be feeling well. The staff makes all the difference in healthcare.

The physician I saw sent my scripts to a closed pharmacy after I specifically asked if that one was open. The physician was supposed to send me two pills of a specific medication after my antibiotics were over as a preventative and I only received one. I tried to call the store back to inform the physician that I was not able to get my scripts and there is no way to contact them back. I called the customer support for minute clinic and the person informed me it would take 24 hours to get a note to the physician. That service is not very helpful. Very disappointed

Doctor was great and kind it has nothing to do with her. But you guys straight refused to help me get a sleep study(it's listed on the minute clinic website) . Basically you guys just told me oh I'm sorry you can't sleep that sounds like a you problem, that will be 45 dollars. Trash

The nurse I had was very friendly and seemed like she truly enjoyed working there. The NP I saw was even better. It was the first time I felt like I had a connection with the Minute Clinic staff. A+ would return if these two are working again.
