The nurse practitioner was punctual and friendly. Open to my thoughts and opinions and came up with reasonable medication to tackle my illness. In 1 1/2 day, my symptoms were down and my appetite is up. I slept much better last night.

The minute clinic provided a quick way to address my problem without interfering with my vacation plans. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the provider was reasonably on time (maybe 20-25 minutes late). I prefer an NP so I was glad to see she was the provider. I feel like she had sound decision-making and clinical skills. The reason I did not give a higher score was that the provider lacked some simple personal touches, like introducing herself by name, informing me of her credentials, and looking at me as we discussed the history rather simultaneously documenting. As the visit progressed, she became more personable and she met my needs, which I really appreciated.

The experience with the nurse was great. It's really great to be able to get in with someone quickly at a time when it's almost impossible to see a primary care doc without waiting 3 months. I saw her twice. The online service leaves a lot to be desired. The system never recognized me by my birthdate, only by the confirmation number. Once, when putting in my zip code to find the nearest MC, it could not find the MC with my same zip code. I was running late once and there is no way to get a message to the nurse and the system would not let me in to change my appointment time. The computer to check in with at the store was also difficult or impossible to use. So, great nurse, terrible online system

The nurse was very professional. The wait time was excessive!! I booked an appointment, arrived early as requested and had to wait over an HOUR to finally be seen for a 10min. vaccination. Not good!

I feel like the doctor didn't know what was wrong and / if u didn't then u should have referred me to another dr instead of sending me to a orthopedic place where I sat for 2 hours , it was my fault as I should have just called my doctor to begin with

The person who was supposed to be a medical professional was flustered due to not being familiar with where things were stored but also from what appeared to be a lack of knowledge. They encouraged me to leave and go somewhere else saying that they would need to bring in a male or female cvs employee as an observer for what I needed done and that it would be better to go elsewhere. I didn't have the option to go anywhere else that day/week and had to move forward at this location. It was very uncomfortable not knowing who would be watching and if the person I was seeing was trained or not.

Arrived 15 min early for my scheduled appointment and checked in online successfully. Waited 30 minutes past my appointment before I was greeted or seen. It's essentially a one person operation but I was very pleased with the professionalism and care I received.

Curt practitioner, seemed annoyed. Dispensed medication that is generally prescribed for a child. I have a secondary insurance which she didn't want the information about. She said my primary insurance would figure it out a long with the secondary. I was in pain so I didn't want to wait until I could get an appointment with my gp but I will in the future.

Some signs of strep throat may include escalated throat pain without a cough, swollen or red tonsils sometimes containing pus, pain when swallowing, fever, rash, nausea, dark red spots on the roof of the mouth, or swollen lymph nodes in your neck.
