This was my first experience using Minute Clinic. My visit went off without a hitch but when I first arrived, there appeared to be nobody on site. I did utilize the kiosk for self check in but after I completed check-in and had a seat, I was concerned that the clinic may have closed early, or was not staffed, as there appeared to be nobody anywhere in site. The treating physician emerged from an exam room after waiting about 15 minutes but some type of notification that I was next in line (or something) would have been helpful.
