The medical provider at the Hendersonville, NC CVS was really great. Provider was attentive and extremely helpful. I thought she gave me reliable and informative information. She addressed my health concerns with compassion and answered any question I might have. Overall, my visit was a pleasant experience.

When you are feeling ill, The last thing you want to do is struggle through some mandatory tech information input. Especially if the tech isn't working quite right. That's what happened when I was trying to input the required information prior to my appointment yesterday and came back with an error saying that the website was not working, I had scanned the front and back of my card and it was not taking the information even though though that is something I regularly do and don't think it was anything that I did incorrectly. I was required to go to the clinic and input more information as well. The doctor told me that that was a requirement. That is the only part of my experience that was a definite negative. The doctors analysis and her care and attention were excellent. Just don't like the mandatory Self service tech part and I'm sure I'm not alone.

My primary doctor closed her practice in Florida and while I have an appointment with a new primary in 6 months, one of my prescriptions ran out and I had no one to renew this prescription. The Minute Clinic was able to provide this service which I very much appreciate.

Nurse Estelle went out of her way to serve me and be helpful. I complained of a strange cough that would not go away.. She ran a serious of tests. Listened to my lungs and heart. after the exam, plainly explained some things. she recommended that I stop taking an over the counter mucus suppressant that was not working and suggested several different ways to limit the cough. She was very patient with me and my many questions.

Your signing system does not accept the code that is sent when making appts online. Kept saying I had no appt although I had the text to prove it. Had to just go in and make another appt. So don't know what to do if can't check in for appt and no other appts
