I visited the Minute Clinic in Boiling Springs NC across from Gardner Webb University. The person that saw me was provider. She did a great job and was very professional. I would visit her again when the need arises. She is awesome.

Booking the appointment was easy. Precheckin would not work from my phone, but was glad their was a kiosk when I got there. I did not know this was an option before. Price was fare. I will be back.

The visit overall was great, the practitioner did a great job. However, the check-in process was very frustrating. When I tried to check-in online, I was not allowed to proceed without putting in a credit/debit card, which I didn't want to do. When I tried to check-in at the red kiosk, the system could not find my appointment. I tried multiple times to look it up by last name and confirmation number but it never did work. Patients should not be required to put in a card just to check-in for an appointment.

The provider was caring and attentive. She was thorough and listed to my needs. I did not feel rushed. She also worked with the pharmacy to get my medication quickly. The environment was clean. Thankful for a great experience when I felt so bad.

I had to wait a few minutes (20) beyond my appointment time but I was not upset. I had great care as the PA took time to evaluate my issues. She was friendly and truly seemed to care about my health concerns.

We had an appointment at 9:00. Signed in at 8:50. There was no provider there. Another patient had been sitting since 8:40 (their appointment time) no one came until around 9:30. What is the point in having appointments available and no provider present. Not that they were behind on patients they WERE NOT EVEN THERE. We will not be back amd we will let others know to go somewhere else. Wasted my husband's time he could have been at work and my sons time he needed to be at school. Waste of time all around.
