I went to the MinuteClinic because I was not feeling well. she was fantastic. She did the test rapidly and gave me immediate results. She was also able to put the prescription right into the pharmacy and it was filled immediately. I would highly recommend this MinuteClinic.

I was pleased to be able to schedule a same day appointment and was seen in a timely manner. The online check in was a little tedious and I could see how it would be challenging for a patient who is less tech literate. The computer kiosk at the minute clinic was not working and another waiting patient was growing frustrated. My actual visit was great. The provider was friendly and attentive. She practiced with care and empathy and a respect for both our time. I'd definitely go back for other services. I learned about some of the other treatments one could get and that impressed me.

The nurse practitioner was thorough and prudent in cautioning using antibiotics when not necessary. She asked relevant questions and listened well. Lastly and equally important she was friendly and pleasant. I left feeling like I was helped.

Nurse practitioner took me on time and was very friendly and helpful. I left with both a prescription and instructions on how to manage my symptoms. My only constructive feedback would be to make it more clear on the website which insurances the virtual sessions take, as it was a weekend and I couldn't contact my insurance provider directly. I had to wait an extra day for an in person appointment because I wasn't sure if my insurance covered virtual visits.
