We want to keep you healthy
Along with sickness care, we strive to keep you as healthy as possible. We do this by offering screening and monitoring services that check your cholesterol, glucose, BMI and blood pressure levels. If they are higher than normal, we can recommend treatment or lifestyle modifications to bring them down.
It is important to receive regular physicals to make sure everything is working correctly. We perform general wellness exams, which we recommend on a yearly basis, and we also offer additional physicals that may be required for certain organizations. For example, you may need a college physical for entrance into UNLV, or your child needs a sports physical for school. Other physicals we perform are for camp and to meet requirements for the Department of Transportation.
We offer lifestyle programs such as smoking cessation and weight loss programs. We also prevent certain illnesses by administering vaccinations such as pneumonia, Td, shingles, MMR, the flu and meningitis.
