I had an appointment at minute clinic at 3 pm, went on time and asked the doctor in minute clinic about my vaccine appointment and she said I have to go the pharmacy, she didn't ask me if I have an appointment at Minute Clinic or what do I need. Since this was my first time at Minute Clinic, I believed the doctor, went and waited on line by the consultation section and by the time I got there they said no and I have to go back to Minute Clinic to check in through the tablet or check in through my phone. I went back and checked in from my phone and waited until she finished the patient she had and that was around 3:30. When she got out I went and asked her if she can see my check in since I've already came in time and checked in, she said if I checked in then she will get it on her system and took another patient other than me. By the time she finished the 2nd patient, it was 3:55 and then she came out and called me. When I went inside I asked her why did she sent me away when I came to her and why she took two patients and made me wait for an hour while my whole visit and process took less than 5 minutes. The whole point of having appointment is to go and finish on time to avoid unnecessary delays. This was unprofessional and I did not expect that from a name like CVS.

The LPN was thorough, friendly, and was able to diagnose and prescribe the medication needed to address my ailments, I had my appointment and was able to get my medication all within an hour.

The person was not customer friendly. They should have taken a covid test. The mother went to the patient first, and they tested for COVID-19, which was positive.

It was easy to book this inoculation but the hours available were very limited and inconvenient. The nurse also was unfriendly. I still achieved what I needed and it was good that insurance was able to cover it without needing to go to my PCP

I have been doing my yearly PPD TESTING with the minute clinic for the past 8 yrs and I find the nurses very knowledgeable and have very very good bed side manners. They are very polite and helpful. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

The whole experience was bad. The provider rushed through the exam, and also there were other people knocking on the door, and the time spent with me was cut short. I asked for a doctor's note for my work , and the provider got confused and she would not write anything except that she saw me today, she would write that I have to stay home and rest even though I told her I felt muscle pain. I was given treatment with antibiotics and I went home. Soon later I got a fever again, and I did a covid test just to make sure and it came back positive! The provider never tested me for covid! Even though my symptoms were indicative.

Everything with the visit was great. My only issue was that they charged me personally before charging the insurance. It's an almost $300 charge, which is not much money to CVS or to the insurance company, but it's a great deal of money to me. Apparently, I'm not going to be reimbursed for 4 weeks, and because of this error, I'm going to be in trouble with other bills. This is really problematic for me.
