There is never a convenient time to get sick, but if you could choose the most convenient time, it would be when you were near your neighborhood CVS Pharmacy®. If you're shopping at the market when you suddenly feel feverish and faint, or you're hanging out at Austin Memorial Park when your throat begins to burn and your nose to run, you can rest assured knowing that the professionals within our MinuteClinic® are ready and able to serve you.

We offer a full menu of healthcare services
As we mentioned above, you cannot plan on getting sick. Because of this, when you do fall ill, you may not be able to get in to see your regular healthcare provider right away. Instead of waiting hours or even days to get diagnosed and treated, you could head down to our MinuteClinic® and ask to see one of our physicians' assistants or nurse practitioners. They are just as qualified as the providers who work at any traditional doctor's office to diagnose and treat common minor ailments.
Some conditions we can help treat include the following:
- Cold, flu and upper respiratory infections
- Ear infections
- Mononucleosis
- Strep throat
- Conjunctivitis
- Sinus infections
- Heartburn
- Gout
- Eczema
- Bronchitis
In addition to diagnosing and treating the aforementioned conditions, we also offer select women's services and routine physicals. If you have had issues with your blood pressure or cholesterol in the past, we can help you monitor one or both and advise you of what more you can do to maintain healthy levels.
We strongly advocate preventative medicine
Though our medical professionals know there is a time and a place for palliative care, when possible, we strive to prevent disease and to keep the entire Rosemont community healthy. One way in which we do that is by offering vaccinations for common and sometimes life-threatening illnesses.
Though some flu seasons prove to more intense than others, we cannot stress enough that the flu is always dangerous, regardless of which strain is going around. The only real way to protect against the virus is to get the annual flu shot, which has been specially designed by researchers to target the strain they anticipate will be the most volatile during any given season. Our MinuteClinic® carries the annual flu vaccine and we encourage all healthy residents of Rosemont to get the shot as early in the flu season as possible. Doing so will not only help lessen your risk of contracting the virus but also, it may prevent life-threatening complications from occurring.
In addition to the flu shot, our customers can also receive immunizations for Tdap, MMR, HPV, meningitis, IPV and several other diseases. Children must abide by a strict vaccination schedule for school purposes, but adults should keep up to date on their immunizations as well.
Visit our MinuteClinic® when it's most convenient for you
