Very rude nurse practitioner with incorrect info. Was to get med before 5 last night and didn't and now I can't get a hold of anyone. I would not have bothered yesterday and will never again. Would like to file a complaint but can't get thru and speak to supervisor

Very quick and easy appointment and the Med Assistant/Doc on duty was very apologetic as she was running behind. She explained and offered solid medical advice on a few things pertaining to my issues. I come here all the time for medical issues that come up outside my doctors office hours and always feel well served.

The appt was right on time. Easy to schedule, checkin and have appt. The PA was extremely patient and explained everything she was going to do to my apprehensive 15 year old. I would definitely use this service again for it's convenience and great service.

Mary Ellen Pease - Madsen's behavior was incredibly rude and I have reported her. I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding her behavior toward me during my recent visit to the hospital. During appointment, I found her attitude to be extremely dismissive and rude towards me. As a nurse, you are expected to provide respectful care to all your patients, irrespective of their condition or background. However, during my interactions with you, I did not receive this level of care and attention, and I am deeply disappointed by her behavior towards me. I understand that nursing can be stressful, but that is no excuse for the mistreatment of patients. I urge her to reflect on her behavior towards me and ensure that she provides better care to her patients in the future. Every patient deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and I hope that she will strive to meet these basic standards of care. She has made me scared to seek medical treatment and I will never go back to the Minute Clinic.

The location was clean, spacious, and the well stocked. The area where the minute clinic was small but conveniently located. I liked how there was a small sectioned waiting area to wait at. It was one of the nicer maintained cvs I have been to in a while.

Got complex as PA felt I needed a XRay. Sent to Urgent Care. They did not feel it necessary My low grade fever was gone @ Urgent Care The PA was very good & I have been called 2 times by them checking on me. Thx
