I want my money back. We were misdiagnosed and told our highly contagious ringworm was non venomous bug bites. She said she was “100% sure” it wasn't ringworm. Well… after 4 days and the entire house getting it and a fresh trip to the pediatrician, what do you know. It's exactly what I thought it was and what are asked her three times if she was sure it wasn't… ringworm. Thanks for a waste of $130. Maybe say you're not sure if you don't know. Not that you're 100% positive it's not contagious and that it's not ringworm.

The staff member or Doctor or Nurse Practitioner did not swab my nose the right way. She only swabbed the very tip of the nose in a way where I could still feel the cotton sticking out of my nose. I informed her that she did not go in all the way as recommended and she responded: “We do not do that anymore, we only have to swab the tip” I am so upset because I utilized a test kit this morning and I tested positive. I knew that I probably could have the Covid virus because my wife tested positive. I pray that the insurance company doesn't get charged because I am going to contest it. All I want is to be treated appropriately and provide me with the medication I need to get better. Someone in charge please help me resolve this immediately before I infect others or die because of her inability to maintain integrity and professionalism.

NP Cooper- Lassiter was extremely professional and helpful during my clinic visit. She explained every test she doing and why. Explained the test results clearly. Explained my diagnosis and explained medication she was prescribing. She explained what it was for and how to take it. She also made recommendations for over the counter medication to help with my symptoms. She also gave me coupons for the OTC meds. Through my entire visit she made me feel comfortable and heard.

The doctor was running about 10-15 minutes behind BUT she was super thorough when it was my husband's turn so I can overlook the time issue. We appreciated her thoroughness to rule out any testable illnesses. It was a good experience.

Doctor Jacklyn was very nice, friendly and professional. I went in nervous because I hate shots but she made it a good experience! I will 100% be back with her if I need anything. She's great at what she does and made me feel comfortable! She even stayed late and answered any questions & concerns I had. She also checked my blood sugar and cholesterol!

Service provided by NP was great. However, my insurance was NOT accepted. I contacted my insurance company and was told that Minute clinic should have processed/ accepted it. This occurs regularly at your minute clinics. Will NOT be going to your Minute clinics unless I have no other options.

I was at the location for an hour to receive a vaccine. Your processes take far too long. Additionally, my insurance was not properly billed. The practitioner was very personable.

I was happy to be able to get an appointment very quickly. that was not my experience last time I needed to get seen. Dr. Jacklyn was very thorough and concerned and took good care of me. I appreciated getting a follow up call.

The PA was extremely thorough and professional. The wait time was an hour past my appointment. I am not sure why the appointments are not spaced apart to allow the provider sufficient time with each patients condition/needs, without making others (most of whom are ill) wait in one area for so long. It takes at least 15-20 minutes just for the PA to load information; even though you preregister and provide insurance information before your visit.

Well you NP claimed she didn't see any redness or swelling in my throat. I was in agony my throat was on fire. I was able to get an appointment with my doc the next day and the medical assistant and the doc both look d in my throat and said it was inflamed very red and swollen. They also found fluid in my ears when she said they were clear.
