I was seem by the provider who was professional and very attentive to my needs. I came in with a persistent cough and phlegm that continued to get worse. I left knowing that I would be receiving the right treatment plan to rid this illness.

The nurse practitioner that took care of my medical issue provided excellent care, concern about my blood pressure, she took appropriate precautions to ensure I didn't experience a life threatening condition. The nurse practitioner was kind, compassionate, caring, and considerate. The nurse practitioner followed to see how I was doing the next day which showed me how she truly cared for her patients with professionalism, concern and care. I truly appreciate her and would recommend CVS Minute Clinic to friends or family. ,

I was very grateful to be seem within a short time of my request. I was seen quickly and felt that the exam was thorough. My strep test came back very quickly. I was able to get an antibiotic right then and there. So helpful and convenient, especially when not feeling well.

I arrived 15 minutes early, as suggested, and was taken back 30 minutes late. That said, it was an outstanding in-and-out appointment, with a working solution.

Went to the clinic got charged 184 dollars. I can understand the charge for streptococcus but the doctor did nothing for the symptoms and test came back negative. 4 hours later went to the hospital, had inner ear infection and urinary track infection. Poor job by the staff

Took son in due to high fever and neck pain. First person wanted to run Flu, Strep test, and COVID test. I even told her that we just had a negative COVID test and there was no soar throat. Only looking to make money running tests. Then the doc comes in, does his thing and prescribes cough and sinus meds. Nothing for the high fever, treating these symptoms as if it was Strep. Two days later still running over 101 fever where Advil would not break the fever we went to Urgent Clinic. They at least said it was not Strep and prescribed an antibiotic to help fight what ever my son was fighting. I will never go back to CVS as this clinic seems to only want to run tests to make profits.

I had very bad pain in my right arm. I had pain like this some years ago and was given Predisone, That work well and I ask about a steroid during my visit. She wanted to give anti inflamatories and muscle relaxers which I can't take. I felt she didn't take into consideration what I told her. She gave me Diclorenac SodiumTopical Gel. I am using it, but it has not helped the pain is still bad. I am using heat as she suggested. I am going to have to go to another doctor and hope I can get some relief. I just want to say the nurse was great and the other girl was as well.
