The kiosk was not allowing me to check in and the check-in link that was sent to me led to an option to only reschedule or cancel my appointment. I was very frustrated and emotional. Fortunately, the NP became aware of my frustration and came out of her office to assist me. The previous check-in were more effective and efficient than the current ones. After this experience I will probably have my TB test and or physical done at my PCP. The aggravation outweighed the convenience in this situation.

The employees at the North Fry location were amazing! They were able to fit me in schedule despite not having an appointment with them. I came in for a titer test, and my veins are deep that most workers would stab me multiple times. Not in MinuteClinic at North Fry! They were very efficient and good at their jobs. I will say that I wasn't seen by a practitioner but someone who had an LVN. Therefore, my scores regarding questions will be about the worker who had an LVN.

We arrived at the same time as one of the NP's( she's Caucasian) and I asked if I could ask a quick question ( if they accept walk ins) but she showed her irritation and rudely told me off that she needs to clock in and that I just have check in in that machine.
