The provider was very kind, concerned and professional.

The provider was very condescending and had a horrible bed side manner. I mentioned that I have chronic sinus issues, and he kept telling me that I need to go to an ENT, rather than focus on my current health problems. He was also probably just as sick as I am, so that wasn't a very pleasant experience. To make matters worse, he forgot to send in one of my prescriptions that I really needed. I will cancel my appointment if I ever have to deal with him again, and go somewhere else.

It went well, but the check in left a lot to be desired. The store had very poor internet signal so you could not check in with the cell phone The kiosk was not functioning well, so by the time you checked in, it was past the appointment time. Then it tried to give me another appointment for a month out.

Because despite of having insurance card and FSA card they charged my debit card without asking me . Biling department and customer service hold was 4.5 hrs long and the reply from that was not satisfactory. Sounds like a scam service that CVS offering to customers

The facility needs to include a minor procedure table to safeguard the sterility of items. An item that fell from the medical supplies cabinet falling in garbage can and retrieving it with the gloved hands and putting back on supply cabinet and using the same gloves to handle procedure and patient is not acceptable. Using a chair as a procedure table is also not acceptable. Some items fell on the floor during the procedure. The whole procedure was unsafe and unacceptable. I was very disappointed.
