This location provided care in a timely manner. The wait time upon arrival was 5 minutes. The visit with the NP was only about 15 min. During the visit the NP took his time to listen to my concerns and provide feedback regarding my current health concerns. The quality of care provided exceeded my expectations.

I was weak & very sick. I was there at the minute clinic at 1:20 as a walkin, but she would not test me then. Made me wait until 2:30, & then wait longer, just in case the 2:30 patient was late. Finally she took me in & tested me for Flu & Covid. I was positive for Flu type A. She ordered Tamiflu, a cough medicine & coricidin. I was charged twice for the coricidin but did not notice until I got home. My daughter had to go back to the pharmacy 3 days later & the extra charge for coricidin was refunded.

First, when the provider came in she seemed really dry, most like if she was mad or upset at something, after once she spoke she didn't seem welcoming she just said why are you here and just responded with okays and things of that sort, after her initial evaluation she did a strep test, took vitals etc.. and basically told me it was nothing and I could get medicine from over the counter. To me it felt really unprofessional and I was uncomfortable my whole time there.
