Making an appointment online was an easy process and self explanatory. Checking in was also an easy process. We only waited for 5 minutes once we were signed in. This was so much easier than going to Texas Med Clinic for an illness and non emergency!

The Minute Clinic is very close to me. I was able to make an appointment online. When I arrived, I did not have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. The Clinician took her time in providing excellent service to me. My problem was resolved that day.

I feel like every time I have gone, it's been quick and I've gotten the help I've needed. I actually recommended the minute clinic to a coworker the same day I scheduled my appt. He'd mentioned he wasn't feeling well and I said go there and he should look into it.

I have used the CVS Minute Clinic in the past and Have always had good experience I knew when using them again I would be in good hands with the physician assistant who saw me. I am grateful that CVS offers this and has easy online access to make an appointment.

The lvn who was to busy to ask a simple question about if my phone died how to check in was extremely rude to the point that another customer said I can't believe she spoke to you that way spoke up was far what I expected in any clinic setting being that I myself am a nurse and was there for tb test. I would never recommend this clinic. When I mentioned it to the provider I was told oh I think she was just in a mood because other patients were talking to her and she was training not working. That is not an excuse for anyone to treat anyone they way she did.
