That time of the year when my work wellness needs to be completed I always get it done with the minute clinic. The staff is always nice and work as fast as they can to make sure all the test and results are complete

I was high dissatisfied with the service I received. I went schedule and appointment for a TB test and the initial appointment went fine. Upon leaving the practitioner schedule my appointment to have my results read. My appointment was cancelled. I have to reschedule for the following day because the clinic was closed all day prior. I arrived at my rescheduled appointment and was informed that I would have to redo my test because I was outside or the window. I would have to repay for a mistake I did not make. There was not call to inform me my appointment was cancelled and no information about make sure I was seen within and exact time frame. My test couldn't be complete because of 52 minutes. Just disgraceful.

Mashayla went in for cold symptoms. Covid, Flu and strep tests were performed but we were notified of the cost of these tests until after they were performed. I have free COVID tests at home that could have saved me $100. I feel before any tests are performed the patient/family should be notified on the cost.

First, the tech experience for pre checkin and checkin isn't easy. Your website isn't mobile friendly, and you can't copy the url from the email to a browser. It made it very difficult. I thought my visit was well, until I got my lab results that indicated the test wasn't done because it wasn't submitted right. I had to go back to do it again, and here 3 business days later I've heard nothing.

Not to busy and take time to hear you out verses going to urgent care where you take more time to wait before getting called and then 5-10 mins your done with the dr . First time here n I liked it she took time to listen .

We were able to make an appointment within an hour, checked in, and were admitted right at the time of the appointment. The staff was cordial, accommodating, and professional. The entire process was completed in a very reasonable time. Thank you.

I never knew how easy it would be to use this service. The check-in was a little confusing, but the staff, especially the person who checked the vitals, were very welcoming and helped greatly. I was scared that I would not get an appointment, but I found many time slots and the wait time was very short. Great service!

I went in with sinus pain & pressure and swollen bloodshot eyes was being pushed to test for flu & Covid multiple times and different manors before even seeing the provider then the provider said my symptoms were out of her scope of practice sent me on my way but not before billing me for absolutely nothing! I will not recommend this service to others knowing that they will be billed & turned away

I recently went in with some respiratory issues due to my sinuses. All I wanted was to be checked out and make sure it wasn't COVID, strep, bronchitis, etc. I went in with one issue and left with two. During my pre-assessment and vitals, the nurse who tended to me had no bedside manner whatsoever. I felt like a child being questioned, especially when we got to my medications. I take birth control to regulate my periods and for my iron, so the judgment I received when she realized I wasn't or never have been sexually active was quite upsetting. Adding to that, I was coughing very frequently throughout the visit, so it would make sense that my blood pressure was slightly elevated. Because of this, we retook my pressure, all for her to ask me to hold the cuff on because the Velcro was ripping off with it. “It comes off sometimes because of how frequently we clean it,” is what I was told. Isn't the whole point of taking blood pressure for the patient NOT to move at all? So, for that to be an issue was also upsetting (especially since high blood pressure is not something I take lightly as it does run in my family). She told me to uncross my legs (which I had briefly crossed at the time after the first reading) insinuating that it was my fault for that. Obviously these readings went in with me for the N.P. to see. She was so focused on it, that she, “Forgot what you were even here for.” Again, we took two more readings and obviously my blood pressure is going to be high for two reasons now: 1.) frustration and 2.) the persistent cough. While I appreciate her humanity, it wasn't helping at the time and my frustration comes through with tears. She asked if I talked about this reaction with my primary physician and that I should talk about seeing someone or getting medication for anxiety. While I understand and appreciate the sentiment, it overall wasn't a way to approach the situation. Needless to say, I was extremely upset.

I was unable to complete the check in at the kiosk or online because the file size of the pictures my phone sent were too large. So I had to sign a waver and that expierece was frustrating but the medical assistant and nurse practioner were very helpful and in the end my insurance covered it.
