My only complaint is I showed up at 8:30 for an 8:40 apt and the provider didn't show up until 8:38 and then had to set everything up and open the clinic. If you expect me on time, the provider should be there and ready to go before the first appointment. Otherwise, he did a thorough job and was pleased with his care.

The doctor was late as my appt was 8:40 and he did not even walk in until then. Also doctor had the bedside manner and personality of a dead tree. Not asking for a dancing bear happy but smile, act like you want to be there at a minimum or that you care a smidge about the other person.

The nurse barely spoke to us. He didn't wear his ppe properly, so that was a concern. He was fine otherwise, just not friendly at all.

The doctor was very professional. He was able to answer all of my questions. He had really really good bedside manner, especially for someone that I've never seen before or had an office visit with before. I'll definitely use MinuteClinic again whenever I have an emergency or can't get into my primary care physician

The provider was late to my appointment. My insurance was out of state so I knew it would be hard to work that out, and it ended up being out of network. I'd recommend the clinic to local residents rather than out of state visitors because of the hassle with insurance.
